Question lock/unlock problem

I have a 2000 325ci (2 door coupe). Recently the driver's door doen't unlock using the remote, the passenger door, trunk and filler cap are unlocked. The key does unlock the driver's door when inserted to the lock and turned manually. The button on the centre console locks the passenger door, trunk and filler cap, but not the driver's door, that I have to lock by pushing down on the door button. The automatic locking at 15MPH no longer works either. I had the relays in the General Module replaced about 18 months ago - could this be the same problem or is it the door actuator?

Please help!

Most likely, the actuator has failed.

It is either an issue with the actuator or something came loose in the door. When you hit the lock/unlock buttons, do you hear the actuator working in the door?

Unhappy

Yes, I can hear the lock in the door - similar sound to the filler cap, trunk and passenger door. I was hoping it wasn't the actuator as I beleive that's quite a big job and fairly expensive - any ideas what to look out for?

Regards
