Mein Auto: X3 w/6 speed manual
X3 Rear Differential Bushing?

When a rear differential bushing goes out (a clunking sound), are parts number two and three as illustrated in the picture below the issue ???

Part Numbers:

02 RUBBER MOUNTING front left 1 33316770783
02 RUBBER MOUNTING front right 1 33316770784
03 RUBBER MOUNTING rear 2 33316770781

(2005 X3, 2.5i with 6 speed manual gear box)

Don't think those are the diff. bushings. 2 and 3 look more like the supports and the diff busshings should be in the actual diff. assembly.
Yuo should be looking at this diagram: (final drive)

I never worked on a diff so I don't know. I'd guess the ones at the drive shaft's end, most probaby is sold by the kit and you need replace them all. I'd recommend that anyways.
