Rear Entertainment DVD player for 2009 30i?
Can a DVD player be installed after market? If so, how much should it cost?

Yes it can. Check online the accessories book I have for the X5 shows it at about 2,550 or 2760 without or with comfort seats. It is a dual headrest DVD system that I think is a lot better.
