Navigation DVD

I recently purchased a 2003 M5 that did not come with a navigation DVD disc. I have a Garmin NUVI 200w that is quite nice. Should I go and spend the $200 the dealer wants for this disk? Is it worth It? I was also thinking about buying a used one but I'm rellly confused as to what disk will actually work in it. It is the trunck mount DVD system. Can anyone shed some light her for me>

If you get a DVD Navigation Disc, it must be the "HIGH" version. That is the version that will work in our "Beasts". G/L
