Camshaft alignment tool

Does anyone know where to pick one up at a good price? Thinking I am going to have to do valve stem seals soon.

I got one off ebay for $200. Amazon also has them at about the same price. There is also a more expensive set that includes tools for rotating the crankshaft a precise amount. I am not sure what that is for unless the V12 engine requires it. The kit is listed as for the N62 and the N73 engines, so I am thinking that is what it is for.
