Oil leak!
I have a 91 525i with a M50 engine in it and I need to replace the head gasket but I don't have that much money. My mechanic says it will cost me 1,150 to replace. I think I could do it myself but I'm not completly sure what I need to do. If anyone has some pictures of what I need to do let me know.

First, confirm for sure that it is the HG. If so, I hope you are VERY GOOD with wrenches. It is a tough job. Here is a DIY site. It's for the E36, but it should be the same engine minus a VANOS (can't remember if the one on Pelican Parts has one or not).
