2009 750Li problems

i have 3300 miles and let me tell you what is going on with my car:

around 1000 miles: the steering pump was leaking, took it to the dealer, BMWNA sent an engineer to see what is going on, i guess it was the first car with this issue !!! ...after 10 days they fixed it ( had to replace the pump and all the hoses )

around 2000 miles engine needs oil.. 1 qt... normal ? hmmmm..

now with around 3300 miles, the oil level is almost at minimum again... and I DONT DRIVE THE CAR CRAZY !! i drive it in normal mode or sport. the max rpm is always in the 4-5k range and that is rare.

the 3D view, doesn't show any buildings anymore...it worked in germany and it worked when i got the car back from ED. not anymore....

any suggestions ?
i am going to the dealer next week to address the oil and navigation issue, but looks like i got a lemon !!!

wow.... did you buy or lease ? you should make them pay you for the trouble. i dont know how it is in Canada, but in the USA they usually do and you can even get a new car after so many days in service....get an attorney involved....i feel bad for you !!!
i am going to call everybody from BMWNA starting monday !!!! i want a new car....
i had a 645 in 2005 and it had some problems with the nav. they paid 2 months of my lease. still couldnt fix it and i got a new one ....

I was driving around downtown Washington, DC and to my surprise the 3D buildings started poping on the screen. Haven't seen anything like that since i return from ED.

The 09 is a complete redesign so you guys may be experiencing new model issues, like the 2002 when it first came out..you would think that BMW could redesign a car without having so many issues
