Hi Bimmerfest,
I want to buy a 2001 530i from a private party. When I checked out that bimmer I found that the passenger airbag cover of that car is really easy to take off. I mean I could take it off totally without any connection... I asked the owner about it. He said that is noraml and the airbag has never been used. So I did some research online. The only picture I could find is a E46 airbag sample. Does E39 have the same structure? or as I said it is really easy to take off? Thank you guys. Pls ignore my poor English... |

you could see in the picture I posted there are some white cord to connect the cover and the car. But the E39 I Checked out doesn't have those cords. Is it normal on E39?
