Noise on front left side
I get a low groan on the frontleft of my 2003 525i when I turn right and onlt when the car is cold. I looked at the book and could not find any information on the power steering fluid.
Any thoughts?[/SIZE][/SIZE]

|
I started a thread on this a few weeks ago. I thought it had to do with my new Bilstein struts and others thought it was a bad wheel bearing. It turned out that my power steering hoses were leaking and I was very low on fluid which caused a groaning sound as I turned. I had my indy fix it but it does not seem like a difficult DIY. He basically replaced the PS hoses and flushed the system and refilled the reservior. He charged me about $375.
