OEM LED license plate light pics

Ok I purchased part #63267193294 one for each side. The cost for both was about $25.00 Total plus shipping. all you have to do is remove a little plastic tab that is inside the connector house on the new LED light with a dremal tool or whatever else you think you can remove it with. I used a dremal tool. The lights work great they are not to bright and no error codes. There is a pic of the old lights a pic of one old and one new and a pic of the new lights so you can see the difference. Check out the pics for easy install.

Here are pics of the plastic piece you need to remove it is hard to see in pic . Also the dremal tool and bit I used. There are 2 plastic pieces in the connector housing you only need to remove one the one you need to remove is directly adjacent to the 2 copper pins. You can tell which one needs to be removed when you compare it with the original one. It is very easy to do and fast.

Sweet... thanks for the write up. How are the H&R's riding now? I remember you just got them put on a month ago. Does it still feel a little boaty?

Thumbs up Great Job

Great write up. I did this mod a few weeks ago and I was about to do a write up on it but you beat me to it.

It very easy to do and took about 30 seconds to remove the plastic tab from each light.

If you want a nice even white light, RDash LEDs are the way to go.
