Are you doing a projector high beam swap? Or just replacing high beam bulbs with the HIDs?

Finally got the guibo pulled today, along with the driveshaft support bearing support. They were both F'd. Here's a pic:

Now I'm just waiting for the driveshaft support/bearing assembly to show up, while I mate the guibo and clean up the undercarriage a bit.

For now, its 'Rita time.

yeah, it was pretty bad. Messed up a lot of the felt type heat shield too... looks like I'm going to have to gut a lot of it out, as it was lying on the driveshaft.

I've been trying to get time and opportunity to wash the 6er and get better pictures. It's been either freezing cold (yes, here in the deep South) or the wind blowing 30-40mph or both. Well, today it was cloudy and raining. I said screw it, I'm washing the car....in the rain. Here's the pix, raindrops and all. I wish it looked this good when it's dry.

Today we got some sunshine here in Seattle, so I took the opportunity to change my oil & filter. When I updated my maintenance spreadsheet, I figured out that I changed my oil about 1300 miles early... Oh well. Mobil 1 0W-40 for the winter.

^ you must have sent your rain down to the desert.... I was going to continue to troubleshoot my sound issues, but its been sprinkling off and on since I decided I was going to work on it, and the garage def. doesn't have room for a car in it

Today on Miguel, I decided to try an experiment.. After the OBC read zero on the range.. I decided to see how much further I could actually make it before I ran out of gas.. So, I grabbed a can, filled it with some extra fuel, and went for it..

I made it 58 more miles before I ran out.. I called Frank during, and was at 52 miles and abolutely shocked..

Fuel filter is changed as well

Or did you mean:

Today Miguel decided to try an experiment. So, I grabbed a can and ran out. Frank was absolutely shocked.
