Today my M3 left on its way to my mechanic. Motor is being pulled out and reinstalled in a 95 M3 on Tuesday. Transmission and diff are most likely following suit on Friday

Getting $2500 for the motor
Got a guy interested in the tranny, driveshaft, diff, and pedals for $1000.

And I got a guy coming to pick up the radiator, hood and fender for like $200 total. I'm not trying to get much for body panels cause they're a PITA to ship. The bumpers will hopefully get me a little more..

yes sir, heated manual vaders, no rips/tears. Only flaw is that the back of the driver's seat got pulled off from my backpack

I'd like to get $550 for them. But if that's an unreasonable price I"m willing to flex

Wooden crate, UPS Ground. UPS Freight if it's more than 110 pounds (I don't think it is)

Really? There are two bulbs for the ODO. It would be very strange for both bulbs to burn out at the same time. Was it dim before? Perhaps the last remaining bulb finally burned out? Another possibility is just that a connection needs to be re-seated.

Ok, that doesn't sound too bad.. Is there a specific place one goes to buy a wooden crate for shipping, or is kind of a build-it-yourself kinda deal?

Wood crate could be a DIY, but check with machine shops, heavy equipment dealers, tractor dealers, etc. They often have crates that had heavy parts shipped in them (just like your transmission) that end up getting thrown out.
