"Today on my Bimmer", I made enough annoying noises that our tenant has finally decided to move out. Who wants to move to CT? I'll share the garage

Told ya. People just can't believe what a huge PITA that job is until they've replaced an outside handle on an E36 coupe.

Eh, they're not mad at me because they know how ridiculous this lady is. She complains that she gets nauseous from a "gasoline smell" coming from the garage. Nobody else can smell it outside the garage. So she opens the slider door all the way and blasts the heat (we pay for her utilities)

Plus she can't park worth a damn. There's all this space for her to park and she always manages to block my car from leaving the garage (not that it has to leave much, anyway).

And she goes to bed at 9:30... A couple times I took a shower past 9:30 and she complained that the noise woke her up and she couldn't go back to sleep for hours

$1100/mo, includes utilities and all that jazz. And it's under the table! It's a big place. Large living room, kitchen, large entrance, 2 bedroom, 1 bath.

She's getting a hell of a deal considering the location (taxes are very high here).

Fudge. I payed 850/mo for a garage with no heat, and 600/mo for a room with dimensions 13'X8' in a decrepit house, both living situations had terrible housemates. Your place sounds like heaven in comparison.

sunday I took off my rear window sticker "So GOOD" one and retrofitted my new door panel speakers b/c plugs were different and put on the door panels. This is the first time ive had door speakers in my car and it makes a huge difference.

Yeah, since my door speakers are cracked/blown, I don't use my front speakers either.

Today, I got my car out of the garage where it had been hibernating all winter and drove it around the block. First time it had been driven since November.

Also, logged on the Fest for the first time since November.

I lowered my car to rubbing status.

Put my HLM lip on.

Polished my headlights to a luster (pretty good just not perfect... )

Changed my oil.

Planned for a day to detail my car here at my aunts house.

I checked my air pressures and i was at like 40 psi in the fronts :O so i lowered that to the 30 thats recomended

Thursday or tomorrow im going to be installing foglights and getting those going. re alligning the front windows so they work.

detailing the **** outtaa my car. like all over.

and..... yeah once my laptop sells for 350$$ im going to go buy interior all black.

I looked sadly at it as I wished it to be running..... :.(. My plan weather permitting is to have it turn over this weekend.
