Bmw employee discount

Is anyone aware of the bmw employee discount. One of my clients ia truck driver for BMW and is considered an employee.he says that he can get me a voucher (has cash value) which will give me 3000-6000 off on the car/suv. Could this be true
Any ideas???

Seems like he would now the exact amount of the discount if it were true. 3-6K is a big range.

Typically employee discounts are related to the Invoice price, e.g., the "discount" would be much different for a 760Li vs. a 328i.

This is true! Mercedes has this employee voucher system too. At one point and maybe even now, certain businesses would by these vouchers at $50 - $200 a pop and pass the savings to their clients. In return, they beat prices by the competition and create more business for themselves through other incentives/commissions. Obvious fraud but the way the world works.
