I know of a similar situation thats tough because their mother won't stand up to them. It takes someone shocking the living crap out of them to make them change. Breaking the pipe over his head would never hurt. Or spike it with something that will be painful.

Honestly no matter what you do, your mom is enabling him. She's providing a location, funds, and tacict approval of the activity. My parent's wouldn't even let me smoke a cigarette when I lived at their house. Any kind of violence/arrest is only going to cause crazy strife in your family. Just set up a boom box with a police pursuit soundtrack, bet that will change their mood.

On a more serious tip... I understand that the main problem here is that you don't like the way he uses your mothers funds to buy those "special floweres". I will give you some good advice a police officer told his son on a sunny winter morning in 2002.

Call the cops?! That is the most rediculos thing I have ever heard. Just not cool. I hear resentment in the OPs post. He is angry that he is doing more and taking on responsibilities that are not particularly fair to him.

Seeing as how the previous night has concluded, this is no longer the scenario. I went with talking to him privately upstairs, which quickly turned into a throwdown, which brought some of his ****** friends upstairs to witness their friend being held in a guillotine choke on the living room floor. I think it went pretty well (no hospital trips needed, just a band aid), I held him there till he calmed down, then told his stupid friends to get out, and the party either moved to another location or I killed their high for the night. Guess the next stop is to talk to mom so I don't cut my thumb open everytime Benny decides to throw a party when she's not around...

Take the wheels off the car.Then go downstairs and tell everyone you called the cops. You dont have to even do it to get the desired effect.
