RAMADA SB guests - New Hotel in Pasadena

Since BF is moving to Pasadena, the AZ crew scoured the area and settled on the Courtyard Marriot at Pasadena. Let's fill that place up!

Its right near Old Town, parks, the Rose Bowl, and more. Now if we can get them to let us wash the cars there! They have their own covered parking garage as well.

The Marriott works for me, Todd. I sent Keith an email with a link to this thread. Hopefully he'll chime in.

It's going to be very weird not being in SB for Bimmerfest, that was part of the charm. We shall see how this year plays out. Either way, the hotel seems to be close to everything and a nice place (was built in 2000, renovated in 2007). If we get enough people signed on, I think we can get a nice big group rate. Be sure to tell them Bimmerfest.

So when making the reservations, just mention you're with the Bimmerfest group? I've never done that before.

Does anyone have a corp account we can use? I might have one from my moms company. Gotta check into that.

WOW! I love the location... I'm going to run this idea by the PNW crew.

It'll be fun for the 2 big regional group to PACK that place!

ok I had just posted the infos in the BFC regional...
ps: I had called them earlier and they would lower their rates to $129/nt for a minimum of 10 rooms... Perhaps if we get 15-20 rooms, we may get better deal.

I just got off the phone with the Marriott sales group.

The group rate has been confirmed. $129/night regardless of queens or kind bed or how many in each room.

I blocked out 100 rooms in 10 room blocks, but they may go quick. Reserve now, just ask for the Bimmerfest rate when you call. Hotel # is 626-403-7600.

NOTE! If you already reserved a room, you need to call the hotel and update the reservation to get the rate.

This rate expires 3 weeks before the event.

I just booked my room ................ready to party ....lol

I just got off the phone with the Marriott to update my reservation. They're still setting up the group in their system and asked me to call back on Monday, the 15th (Feb 15).

They told me to call back tommrow .............
