Honestly, it's gotta be people driving 55mph on a 65mph highway in the inner-most fast lane with no intention of merging to the right lane and letting you pass.

You have that problem too?

Man, some of those girls should be arrested for causing traffic jam, I tell ya.

So many...

people not paying attention while driving (eating, makeup, phones, etc)
people who wave "thank you" after cutting you off
people burning oil in front of me
people smoking in front of me
people driving in front of me

But my latest is the lack of intelligent highway intersections in Austin (620/35, Parmer/Mopac come to mind). Nothing like sitting in line to get into a highway just because there's only one lane and you need to get on the access road first!

Actually, I have two:

-People that don't stop when making right turns on a red or stop sign
-People that talk on cell phones while driving, slouched back and the right in their seat, and with nothing more than a limp wrist draped over the top of the steering wheel

I remember back in college, I was driving on campus and was going uphill curving to the left. There was an info booth for visitors but I forgot about it while looking at a beautiful girl walking on the sidewalk. Then I looked back towards the forward direction and almost hit the info booth. It would have been seriously embarassing if that actually had happened. But then again, who knows, I might just meet the girl and she would melt that I hit the info booth for her.

people who don't signal
oil burners (there's a state hotline for this, which forces a sniff test for registration)
make-up & cellphone use
kids in Hondas/Mustangs who think they're Mario Andretti

But most of all - the $800 hoopty next to me with the Lazyboy bucket seats, $4k worth of "dubs," a driver with congenital "ghetto lean," and a @#$% stereo that I feel.

My peeves while driving in Oklahoma....

People who stop on the on ramp and wait for a gap in traffic instead of accelerating and merging into traffic on the interstate/highway

People who hog up the passing lane and look at you funny when you pass them.

People who pass on the right of the vehicle instead of the left.

My peeves here in Bosnia

You're driving and a tractor/mule cuts you off

You're at a stop light and some Gypsy kids climb all over your hood to clean your window

You're walking on the sidewalk and notice a car coming towards you

Someone passes you and immediately makes a right turn in front of you

Major offendors:
1. Failing to use your turn signal (don't give me the "I don't use them when there is no one around" bit, they more important for the people that you can't see than they are for the people that you can see).
2. Slower traffic keep right.

If people followed the above 2 habits, I really beleive that 80% of road rage would be eliminated.

Minor offendors:
1. Fog lights when its not foggy.

I think e36 drivers who have not upgraded their headlights should get a reprieve from ridicule when using the fog lights. I can't see sh*t at night in my car. Sometimes, *gasp* I put on the foglights and it makes a small improvement.
