contiextremecontact or contisportcontact2 ?

yeah i know they are summer only vs. all season

i'll love to get a set of winters too but it just doesn't snow that much here. would i be missing a lot by going w/ the all seasons here? i may have to only pick from conti's because i'm hoping conti will warrant my defective contitourings and i'm hoping i can upgrade (and pay some on top) for those.

If you're dealing with any snowat all, definitely go with the Extreme Contacts. These will still be a slight improvement in handing over your current tires in handling, while still maintaining some winter capability.

only slight? i have conti tourings ch95 205/55HR16. i was thinking about going to 225/50(V|Y|W|Z)R16's. i'd thought i could do better than slight. i'm slapping them on my stock type 54 v-spoke 16x7 rims.

but i just noticed that 225/50R16's won't be available until late november on your site

i'm still contemplating getting some 17" bbs rk's w/ the contact2's but that'll add up to lots. i'm trying to rack up enough reasons for me to get new wheels.
