I made it to washington, Got to use my new spiffy passport card, they knew who I was before I got there....

I uploaded some new you tube videos, they haven't showed up yet. The wifi connection at IHop is protesting my attempt to use photobucket so may be no pictures today. I went though Frasier Canyon today (see the new videos), it was about a 100 miles long and nothing but curves, so many in fact my arms hurt from the lack of power steering....I'll be glad to get on straight flat freeway with fewer potholes and faster speeds.

more photos, all out the window no look shooting today...I didn't take alot of photos toay.

It's been a fun trip so far, It's a one time adventure for me as well, there is no way my wife will ever let me do this again....I spent $600.00 just to get through canada. So I need sponsors now so I can get back home.....I can wash dishes too.

Alaska, I just noticed your trip has my proposed trip beat by less than 20 miles.

Yours - 3595.38 mi

Mine - 3578.35 mi

Bummer... take a detour for 20miles
It would be interesting to see two people tie for the farthest traveled award.

Thanks man.

Yeah I'm positive it will be more than that though...I'll be taking a picture/video of my mileage when I leave my house and when I pull into the Rose Bowl parking lot to get a total.

Presuming I make it...

or just go by the map milage, side trips shouldn't count....if they do count I'm going to san diego on my way to bimmerfest to pick up seats lol.....

I made it to San Fransisco last night about 3200 miles down a few hundred more till bimmerfest. I spent an evening with the e-21 guys in portland, that was a blast, now that I'm bassically here all in one piece I need to wash the car.

Some of my fellow E-21 brothers feel as though I should leave Canada all over my car and not wash it.

a photo from Portland.

well today I got to wash my car. I had to drive 72 miles to the available driveway, but to get all the goo off was worth it.

I discovered the sun in California actualy has energy and it's warm, it also sunburns pale white people who live in the dark for 6 months of the year....I also discovered they charge you $4.00 to cross the bay....

I also forgot how stressfull it is to drive on freeways, I was going nuts today and it wasn't even all that crowded....

all I have is a random photo of my gps screen and how many miles to go to bimmerfest and the i put photos in the detail thread....
