88 735i - Electronic issues

I just bought my car, body's in great shape and it runs well, but I have some sensors going off and my tail lights are out- the brake lights work, as does the license plate light, but the tail lights are a no go. As for the sensors, the car insists the trunk lid is open and that it's out of wiper fluid (the fluid is full, but the pump may be broken since it won't spray.) My interior lights are out, too.

Is any of this an easy fix? Could the tail lights be a fuse? Thank you in advance!
