Cold Start Problems

E46 2000 318ise
Hi. I have been having 'Cold Start Problems' since the frost/snow came, the car will turn over but will not start, takes sometimes 5/6 turns before it starts, once started the car runs lovely. I have changed the following-
4x Hoses at Injectors
All Vacuum Hoses T piece and Valve at Vacuum Cannister
Checked all hoses at Throttle Body for air leak
Checked Fuel Pump appears to be working
I have been to the Dealers (not much help) and had all codes cleared and reset to default settings, been on other forums and have tried/done everything suggested.
The latest thing I have found is air leaking from the Vacuum Air Pump, which I will re-rivet.
So if anyone can shed some light on my problem it will save me going to Jail for Fire Bombing my car. Thanks Jim
