hi,
recently, I bought BMW 530i 2007, but the problem, I can't display the map ! I have selected a new destination location, but I can't see any map, its just arrows telling when there is a turn or roundabout, so how can I display the map? any help please? here is a video I have uploaded to youtube for better understanding... |

Go down to the next selection bar (displaying "vehicle position" in the pic), move it to "map in direction of travel" or "map facing north", and select either of those.

There are two navigation system provided by BMW, professional(red disk) and Business(green disc). Business nav system will only display arrows as in your vehicle and Profesionel nav system will display maps which you are trying to seek. So I would suggest quiet trying and just enjoy the arrow business system. I was disappointed just like you when I discovered it after a lot of research, but then again when I actually used the system, it is very accurate if you have the updated maps. I only have 2010 maps for Oz, if you have latest disc, feel free to pm me. Cheers and follow the pointing arrows
