Can I use summer tires in winter?
Assuming theres no snow or ice on the road can i use my car riding on summer tires?
How much will the cold affect the tire? I have a beater and if there's a chance of precipitation I'll just use that. I'll also save money I would otherwise spend on snows and rims and buy mods TIA

It's fine.
Expect worse tramlining as the temperatures drop and worse grip, as well.
