scratched rim ... can it be buffed?

Can scratched rims be buffed out? I've got some minor scratches from curbs. Those darn small parking garages in Europe.

Thanks much,

Ken

If I'm not mistaken, the VPC will fix any damage to your car (even if it was your fault) prior to you taking delivery. I believe Euro delivery provides you with a $0 deductible insurance for this sort of damage.

Yes they can, and if done properly, you will not be able to tell the difference. Usually runs between $75 and $100 per wheel.

alee & Ryan330i,

You guys are quick. Thanks for the info. When my car comes in from ED, I'll first check with my dealer.

Ken

kyyuan, just a quick followup to my post:

Any damages should be fixed prior to you taking delivery. So your scratched rims will be replaced at no cost to you.
