2011 X5 35S invoice pricing
I have seen the Canadian and Europe pricing posted but no USA pricing. I received this info from my CA. They DO NOT have the pricing, it shows uo ONLY when an elextronic order is placed, so this is from an existing order.
1163 Diesel INVOICE $47,195, MSRP $51,300 ZPP Permium pkg-$3,095 ZRC rear climate- $820 ZTB Tech package-$2,550 322 Confort access key- $910 328 Running boards $275 386 Roof rails-$90.00 4UB third row seat with air suspension-$1,545 655 Satellite radio-$320 Destination-$875 Training/service fee-$200 This is all that I have. Sad news is NO M appearance package on the diesel. Perhaps it can be a p1 option, or wishful thinking. Good news the ECU credit is on until 6-1-10 at $4,500. Sorry for the typo title, this is for 35D. |

The good news is that with the 35d, most of the packages have stayed the same in MSRP (which is available out there for the 2010 and 2011). That means that you can use the invoice pricing info available for the 2010 to estimate the 2011. Those that have slightly changed, like Premium Sound going down $50, can just be estimated at 91% of MSRP for the invoice value.
M Sport was not and is still not showing as available for the 35d. Not even P1.

does anybody know how to get that for the 35D? it's available on the US built german x5, and they should pretty much be identical.

Dunno if the US 2011 X5 35d = 2011 40d, but ...
According to posts in http://www.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=350932 the guys in Europe (Germany, Holland, who are all LHD) still have the AS and DD options in X5 40d, but in other countries which use RHD (UK, Oz) the X5 diesels no longer support either dynamic drive nor adaptive steering options. (And it's currently unclear whether this is temporary or permanent for RHDs...) |

Found elsewhere in my travels, but it describes wholesale and not retail prices.

Auto leveling air suspension is for the 3rd seat models due to increased weight load.

I ordered one today, pricing was almost identical. Two to three week wait from order to delivery, I'm told.
My 2011 X5 xDrive 35d will be in production in the next few days, and I have a production number of 7555363. I am told it will be available for PDC delivery in two or three weeks, if I'm lucky. I think I have one of the first allocations/slots available. Whatever the date is, it's not June. 300 Alpine White 4AB Dark Burl Walnut Wood Trim LUSW Black Nevada Leather ZAP Sport Activity Package ZCW Cold Weather Package ZPP Premium Package ZTP Technology Package 322 Comfort Access (should be standard!) 330 Sport Package 386 Roof Rails 341 Auto Dimming mirror 655 Satellite Radio 6AA BMW Teleservices 6AB Steering Teleservices 6FL iPod and USB adapter 6NF Smartphone Integration MSRP $63,775 I paid $500 over dealer invoice ($59,080) without even negotiating. Told them I wanted a straight up great deal, that's what I got. Wagner BMW of Shrewsbury, MA I didn't have to get into any bargaining with these guys, they were happy with $500 over invoice (so was I). I highly recommend them. Sales/Leasing Manager - Brian Cho (508) 925-2270 direct bcho@wagnermotors.com Please tell him I sent you, if you call him. He is the nicest guy, returns every call and email. __________________

Epacy,
As I understand it, my dealer just received his 'allocation' yesterday, and he gave me one of his slots. Production begins this week, I am told. So, I think the countdown for all of our builds just began. Prior to this week, it was just a waiting game. I was very on the fence about whether to purchase a 2010 or 2011, but the facelift/refresh combined with a 'relatively' short production wait made it a no brainer. When I call for production status, I get the 'your vehicle is scheduled for production, with no production date...' message. But I check it obsessively, and hope to hear a change today or tomorrow. Please keep me posted! I will do the same.

Weston, are you able to use your prod # on the BMW site to track your car? Mine is not showing up yet. And yes, $500 over is what I got as well.
Also, I hope you didn't forget the $4500 eco credit & the $1800 tax credit. Last edited by 0428; 03-23-2010 at 07:35 AM. |

0428, funny you should ask - no, I cannot use it to add my car to my BMW profile online. I can track it by phone, thought.
The website says it 'may not be in the system yet', so I will keep trying. I am told it can be finicky. Me? Forget discounts? No way

Planning on ordering a 2011 X5d this weekend.
Would the dealer get the $4500 Eco credit off the invoice pricing shown above? |

Website finally shows 'scheduled for production' but there is still no production date set.
Dealer is as helpful as can be, but even they have to rely on BMW for information, and it seems that BMW has not exactly been forthcoming with it. I already sold my other BMW, and I would feel a lot better if I at least knew WHEN I can expect my new X5, so i can make alternate arrangements for a tow vehicle for my upcoming race at Monticello, NY. This is truly maddening. Update - dealer emailed me what shows in their system (more details that are provided to me on BMW's website): Quota [Yr/Mo]: 2010/04 Req. Prod: 2010/04/14 Sub. Req. Prod.: 2010/04/14 Conf. Prod.: 2010/04/17 Est. Prod. Date: [Mo/Day/Yr] Act. Prod. Date: Why no 'Est. Prod. Date'? How can this be so complicated? Tell me May, June for delivery so i can have the option of canceling my order or at least planning to be without the new car until then...

question....I am from MA also....I am trying to get a 2011 x5 3.5d. I want the dark green. My dealer won't give me a slot yet and says the colors for the 2011 x5 have not been released yet. True?
thanks |

joeyemma,
Not true at all - call Brian Cho at Wagner BMW can help you. He is a product expert, and will sell you one for $500 over invoice. You can call him at (508) 925-2270 direct or email him at: bcho@wagnermotors.com Be patient, though - no 2011 X5's have been delivered yet, to my knowledge. But he does have some allocations, so you could order one and maybe get it in early May if you moved quickly enough.

Go to another dealer, either that CA doesn't keep up or he/she is full of it. The options/packages/pricing have been out for the 2011s for some time. It's just that the cars are just now getting ready to hit the showrooms in mid-late April.

arjuno, agreed. All of that info has been available since late March, at least. There is no way that I could have ordered mine back in March without knowing exactly what was offered! Sadly the website configurator only allows for a 2010 build. Wish the website was as tricked out and fast as most BMW's
![]() From what I can tell, the very first cars will hit the VPC in late April for first week of May delivery. I base this not on hard facts, but on my production number, details I have pieced together from BMW (dealer, 800 number, website), and established timelines for production, shipping to VPC, and shipping to dealers. That's IF the pending EPA powertrain certification is completed on schedule.

Ok...thanks a lot for your quick help. Do you know if there is a link to someplace where I can show my wife what colors ARE going to be available on the 2011 X5. Getting her to the dealership is not going to be easy or fun...I would rather just show her what the choices are, but I cannot find them anywhere.
