01' 330ci still under factory warrenty?

how long is a factory warrenty on a bmw? also would an 01' 330ci with 23k miles still be covered under factory and is it transferable?

Warranty is 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. It starts the day the car is first put in service. Since the '01 330 was released in June of 2000, the earliest ones will go out of warranty next June. The car in question depends on the day it was put in service.

ok so are bmw warrenties transferable?

That would be the dealer warranty. Factory warranty is market-independent, and these days is two years.

i would like to know if i would still be able to bring it to a bmw dealership if something were to happen

You can always bring it back to the dealership at any point in time if something happens.
