ZHP Bumper Help?

Hey,

Due to recent accident damage I'm deciding that it may be good time to upgrade my stock bumper. I saw the ZHP one and I like it more than the M3 CSL.

Anyone know where I can find one for a good price?
Turner Sports has it for 400 before shipping no paint.

coconutpete found one without reflectors for a good price, search and maybe you'll find a thread on it.

That price looks solid to me - any idea on the intsall? I would guess at least $200 to get it painted.

I just did mine the other day. I have not painted it yet though.

I got mine from umnitza for cheaper than that.

Hope you chose the right one cuz the coupe is $50 more. "E46 Mtech II 2-door" is what you are looking for if you have a CI.

Sry about all the questions man. Trying to find things at the cheapest price possible. I found the ZHP bumper awesome cheap ... what about the black molding that goes from side to side. I notice that doesn't come with it.

Yes I installed it by myself. I found it quite easy to do.
You want to install it for fitment before you paint. And also my car's paint is 10 yrs old and has aged a little bit so it will need to be blended in.

Mine came with the molding, including a front plate molding but not one for the front plate delete. Which is fine since I used my old one anyway.

The fitment is near perfect, I am waiting for some other items to show up on my door step before it goes to get painted...

Hey - thanks for the heads up. I ordered the M3 - style bumper for a 2-door, not the MTech II .. though the prices seem to be the same. I sent an email to their website with my concern but have not heard back yet. Mike

Yep, my car had the OEM Mtech II on it since it is a ZHP. The bumper was damaged in an accident and I opted for the aftermarket one since it doesn't have the supa-dupa- ugly reflector holes in it.

Got it from Euro-Spec. Fits like a GLOVE - you'd never know it wasn't OEM except for the missing ugly reflector holes.

M3 bumpers are m3.
Mtech II are $50 more for Coupe and $35 more for sedan.

Does the M3 front bumper fit on a 330ci without body modifications? Or is the MTech the proper bumper for a 330ci? Mike

He used a real M3 bumper. what did you expect. Buy one meant for your car and you're fine.

He's talking about the holes for the reflectors at the corners of coupe/convertible bumper covers. Sedan bumpers don't have the reflectors or the holes for said reflectors.
