Yes to all the above, thanks. A not so secret place on the North Fork of the Smith River near the Stony Creek confluence. The fish were abundant, including first year Chinook, Steelhead & coastal cutthroat, albeit rather small. Beautiful to admire near that upper riffle.

Perfect weather to enjoy with the wife who so loves to swim, water temps were a bit cool ~63 degrees F. Interesting place to botanize as well, here's cobra lily, or California pitcher plant (Darlingtonia californica) in a bog nearby.
