M3 Question

Hello all, i was wondering if the M3 came in an automatic in any year? I'm doing research on which year is the best and trying to find a good used m3 under 60,000 miles but cant seem to find any that came automatic my drive to work is an hour and a lot of traffic so even one that you can switch from manual to auto would be good. Thanks

It is as close to an automatic as you can get.

Unless you go back to an E36 M3. Some of them came with true automatics.

And automatic in a performance car is an oxymoron.
