Today I ordered a Euro Delivery F10 550 Space Gray with Venetian Beige Dakota Leather and the Anthracite Headliner. The Oyster Gray headliner looks dismal with Venetian Beige Leather. Hopefully BMW NA will offer a beige headliner which is my first choice.

I am also considering a Euro delivery F10 (did it two years ago with a 550 and really enjoyed it. When is your delivery date?

July 13. We are going to Prague for a week, then a few days in Dresden, and on to Emsburen, Germany for a gathering with relatives. The car will be dropped off at Bremerhaven. We'll be there for 2 weeks. This is my fifth Euro Delivery. We enjoy it immensely plus it is a great deal on a great car.

Just curious when you plan to take delivery. I am going to be in Munich in late May but have been advised by my dealer that the European Delivery program for the 2011 5 series will not be available until July.

I plan to oder a 550i as soon as I see the final pricing and configuration details. The U.S. configuration information I have seen so far does not seem to be consistent with the information available at bmw.com, bmw.de, bmw.co.uk or the Canadian product planning bulleton.

July 13. I'll post what BMW NA has of 3.15.10. The US market gets options and configurations specific to the US market.

Is there a photo of Venetian Beige Leather available?
Also is there anything similar to the E60 Natural Brown available?

Venetian Beige Leather is the beige leather that BMW has shown extensively in their on-line photos.
Cinnamon Brown Leather should be close.

Can customers special order specific paint colors not listed? For some reason I seem to recall someone mentioning this as an option? I really love the platinum gray!

How did you order the Anthracite headliner, since I don't see it on the US configuration sheet? Are you able to select from the European options list for ED vehicles? What is the option number if I want to order it on a vehicle for US delivery? I'm considering this option on an Imperial Blue 535i with Cinnamon Brown leather and anthracite wood trim.

Just tell the salesperson that you want that option. He/she will track down the order number. It is approximately $475 US MSRP. Expensive but worth it. I Have it it on my 2008 550. It is beautiful.

From pictures I think Imperial looks better, but that is just my opinion. Also Imperial seems to be more black, while Deep Sea seems to be a more blue, blue.

Agreed. I've decided to order a 535i in Imperial Blue with the cinnamon brown interior and anthracite trim this week.

I like the Imperial Blue as well. We are planning a 550i and are leaning towards the Nappa Oyster/Black interior with the dark wood trim. One thing I am trying to figure out is the possible requirement of the Multi-contour seats along with the Nappa (This seems to be a requirement for European cars.) but no mention is made in the US ordering guides. I am also interested in the top/rear view camera which seems to be delayed until September. I am waiting to see if it can be retrofitted to cars ordered before September.

In the US, multicontour seats come with the Sport Package or they can be ordered as a standalone Priority 1 option. I had this option on my previous 535i and decided to order them again.

I wonder what happened to Sophisto Grey, which we've seen on the UK/DE websites. Instead we are getting Dark Graphite Metallic.

There are 2 new colors coming for the GT - Milano beige and Damist red, I wonder if we will see these on the F10 later in the year

Metallic paint is an extra cost option on the F10. It was a no-cost option on the e60. Another example of a hidden price increase from BMWNA

Metallic is included at no charge on the F10 550i, but is $550.00 on the F10 535i.
