BSW, we have a problem

I ordered E61 L7 upgrade via BSW Web site. Paypal charged me $760+ something. However, BSW Web site said 'paypal communication error'. That was 2+ weeks ago. My two e-maila submitted directly and via BSW Web site remain unanswered. What do I do now?

I do apologize for the delay, where were those emails sent to? I personally handle all the emails for our company and would have handled this if I had seen it. If you want to shoot me an email directly at rhp@bavsound.com that includes the paypal transaction ID I would be happy to get that refunded for you. You are also always welcome to give us a call, and we can get this refunded via the phone, as well as get an order in for you.
