Traffic Volume In June

I wonder what is the typical traffic volume on a Sunday early June around Metro Munich, say 9 ~10 am?

Why is it bizarre? I want to know if Sunday morning a good time to embark a drive to another city, which I want to have a good drive on Day 1. It's just part of the planning process.

Light to moderate. The heavy traffic times are:
  • M-F morning and evening rush hours. (Particularly F pm, followed by M am.)
  • The day preceding school vacations. Also the last Sunday before work resumes. Watch out for Baden-Wurttemberg as well as Bavaria vacations as it seems as if everyone is taking a route through Bavaria. IIRC, these are in July and August, not early June. (These vary by "land".)
  • Afternoons prior to and ends of 3- and 4-day weekends.
Others can add to this list.

Maybe not bizarre but certainly very detailed.

This is good info. I did late May early June 08 ED. I remember leaving Munich around 9 am Saturday heading for Verona Italy. Worst traffic was arriving in Florence about 5PM and leaving Rome around 8am. Italian traffic has no rules. Its every man for himself and who has the biggest balls.

Yeah, I absolutely set up my parameters so I know what choices are good for me and what choices are not.
