Yep, this should be exactly same as the other cars that are offered with EDC, which controls the suspension height/firmness and steering.

I was wondering about this too because

1) ZSP does not have EDC listed as part of the package
2) ZDH is prerequisite option for IAS (2VH)

Today I ordered for April build the F10 550i with ZDH and ZSP. The salesman said that the switch for chosing Comfort - Normal - Sport - Sport+ is standard on the 550i (don't know if it is on the 6 cylindar models) and is not the same as EDC. EDC is complementary and overides the ride setting if called upon to give the best ride possible. That's my understanding of what the salesman said. Hope this helps.

Yes - its making sense

In the ordering guide for F07 550i GT, the ZSP includes all the options that are part of ZDH on the F10 ordering guide

How did you negotiate? Did you get at least 5k off the MSRP? Understand that's the max dealers discount.

Always negotiate based upon dollars above invoice. That is the best wqay to get a fine deal and be able to compare information with other BMW Enthusiasts.

I got a minimal discount that will cover the gas guzzler tax, if there is one. Because of the demand to be first on the block with a 2011 550i, it's hard to imagine anyone getting any discount for a June delivery. Would like to hear from other buyer's experience on June delivery.
