need help on how to remove the exhaust manifold to get to the starter on my e65

I want to remove the starter on my e65, but to get to the starter I need to remove the exhaust manifold. does any body have any info that could help me. if I could get pics or videos on the hole process from the start, it would really make the job easier. also getting codes p0139, p1747, p1059, p1056 please help. thanks
