Dunlop winter sport M3 225/45R17 availability

Unfortunately Dunlop has decided they are not going to ship out any more winter sport M3's (slightly different tread pattern than M2) in the popular 225/45R17 sizing this season. Fortunately the tires have not changed much from the m2/m3 despite the early survey results . I'm in the process of informing by phone any of my customers who have ordered the M3 in that sizing. will, however continue to supply the M2's this season.

Nope, unless they were just 'testing the waters'... it is odd, but no further info was given. I'm assuming they just decided to give the M2 another season in this sizing

Just curious.
Unlike the M3's available in the other sizes, weren't the 225/45R17 M3's runflats ...

The runflat version is still in stock, it is the non runflats that are gone. Both were available in this sizing.
