Assume a lease in MD for BMW 2008- 328 xi
I am putting my BMW on the market for someone to assume the lease for the remainder of the lease term.
I have leased the car for 3 years starting May 16, 2008. My current lease is valid until May 2011. However, I have the option to either sell the car or swap the lease before the lease term ends. I have about 16K+ miles on the car so far with an allowable limit of 15K miles/year so a total of 45k miles for the 3 year lease term. My current lease payment is $445 per month [with an upfront security deposit of $3600]. Please see below the specifications of my car. If anyone is interested in assuming the lease of this car, please drop me a message and we can talk further. 2008 BMW 328XI Sedan Titanium Silver Metallic Black Dakota Leather Cold Weather Package Fold Down rear seats w/ski bag Heated Front Seats Premium Package Universal Garage Door Opener Digital Compass Mirror Auto-Dimming Mirrors Auto-dimming rearview mirror Power Front Seats Lumbar Support BMW Assist w/Bluetooth System Sport Package 17” wheels w/all season run flat tires Sport steering wheel w/paddles Sports seats All-wheel drive Steptronic automatic transmission Multi-function steering wheel Dark Burl Walnut wood trim Moonroof Alarm pre-wiring Retractable headlight washers Rain sensor and auto headlight Automatic air conditioning Dynamic cruise control Stronger electricity Supply Ipod and USB adapter |

with current incentives it will be hard for you to release the 2008 unless you put some extra inecentive to bring the payment down to less than that of 2010's

Hi Saranr, thanks for the message. I totally get your point. I will need to check the 2010 leasing rates from BMW, but from what i can tell based on my research on websites, my monthly lease rates are very low for this model. there are a few reasons for that:
1. I did european delivery which saved me some money on the lease, 2. also the car is pretty well loaded- all wheel drive, premium, sports and cold weather package with Ipod adapter 3. 15 k miles per year mileage allowance 4. Only 16 K miles put on it in about 2 years 5. Did a $3600 security deposit to bring down the money factor Anyhow, i will find out about 2010 rates. Thanks. |

Move it to the Classified section; your post doesn't belong here, and you will get more traction there. Good luck.
