Check my Math please

Ok, so i ran some number and i want to make sure i am not missing anything.

I stopped by the dealer today and found they had a 135 coupe on stock. I figured i would run the numbers. There is no confidential pricing here anymore so i had to go with edmunds. I couldnt remember the exact options list, but the MSRP was 41085. Looking at typical options i think i got the right package. Per Edmunds: 2010 135 MSRP 41,075/Invoice 37,815 (includes $875 dest. charge).

Now to the numbers:
MSRP: 41075
Cap Cost: 36,815 = 37,815 - 1,500 (spring credit) + 500 (Profit)
MF: 0.00130 = 0.00180 - current BMW customer discount of 0.00050
Residual: 61% (10k miles/yr)
LAF: 725
Tax: 2208

If my calculation is right:
39748 - 25061.85 = 14686.85 / 36 = 407.96
39748 + 25061.85 = 64809.85 * 0.00130 = 84.2528

Total pmt/mo = $492 approx

What do you all think?
Do you think the deals are going to get better since the 2011s are starting to trickle in?

MACO and training must be added to get invoice. Also the residual would be $25,055.75.

How much is MACO and training?

the residual is off because i used the MSRP on the actual car in stock and not the edmunds.

Add $500 (maco/training) in the northeast to what edmunds says to get actual invoice.
