So, good off the line accelleration spot, good high speed merge, a couple of good braking spots, and, overall, a good test. All the cars are pretty, I didn't spend too much time on the amenities since I figured I could learn anything I needed to. Here are the cars, in the order I drove them:

MB350: Where did the torque go? Stopped at the entrance ramp, saw the all clear, stomped it, it got loud, but not fast. The car felt solid, went around bends OK, but again, at the merge, no high speed oomph. Braking and handling were pretty good, for the limited amount of handling done.

A6: More punch off the line than the MB, but loud and booming. Over all, more tossable than the MB, seemed some how, with the engine roar, a bit unrefined for a car of this class. Definitely drives better than the MB, but the MB seemed nicer inside and had a better looking Nav.

535: What can I say. Stomp it, it rockets, high speed merge, all the giddyup you want, love the new Nav, with ability to go full screen too. The runflats felt a bit hard, even though they were not the low profile ones.

550i with active suspension: Wow! Nail it, and it not only zooms and screams, it hits that left hand turn and stays flat as can be. Had to get off the gas much sooner than I thought. Love the HUD. High speed merge, wow, zipped around a couple of trucks like they were standing still, stomped the brake and got off the exit without a problem, Just fantastic.

I never really thought of myself as a fanboi, but, driving these cars, there is no way that the MB offers half the driving experience, and the Audi, while pretty good, just didn't seem refined enough to compete.

In order to be fair, 550i has 400 hp V8 which also command a significant premium over the rest .

As I previously predicted in this thread the F10 535 absolutely beat the E350 with a stick. And it was not a mild beating.
I turned the E350 around w/o getting on the highway. And you forgot the utter lack of braking power. After coming out of the 535, I nearly rolled through a stop sign because there was a tremendous difference in braking power.

That E350 is an overpriced POS in my humble opinion. My wife's Passat wagon outhandles, outaccelerates that thing by a large margin.

Also I think he saw something about the offer not being able to be combined with "CCA certificate program" so that might mean you cant combine with CCA rebate but I'm not sure. I lost interest after finding out euro was excluded.
Has anyone been able to confirm the eligibility of this $1000 offer with the CCA rebate?

I don't think there's anything to confirm.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, so I'm just gonna say it There has rarely been a dealer incentive that somehow invalidated a BMW CCA rebate. Last year I took the 4500 eco credit, the $1000 BMW CCA rebate, some tax credits for buying a Diesel and I think I got another tax credit for some stimulus thing.

If I'm wrong on the rebate thing I'll gladly edit that out of my post.

Tim

I'll split a few hairs. The demo incentive - the one dealers get for putting a demo car on their lot - would invalidate the BMWCCA rebate. That's the only one I can think of.

I had it happen once on a 7-Series. In a previous post I mentioned that it was on my '07 750i, but the more I think about it, I'm pretty sure it was on the '05. At any rate, there was a dealer incentive for repeat 7-Series customers ($2500, if I recall) that invalidated the CCA rebate. Believe me, I tried, bitched, and complained... but it did invalidate the rebate. To their credit, BMWCCA kept track of my attempt, though, and gave me the full $1500 rebate on my next purchase, which didn't warrant it.
