OFFICIAL: Malibu and surrounding area CARAVAN for bimmerfest 2010!

Hey guys!.
It's that time of the year again. When we clean our cars and get them ready for the best event ever!. Bimmerfest 2010!. Since no one started an offical caravan/meet spot in my area I took it upon my self. Please post if your meeting here and coming along. Thanks.

Where: 4754 Commons Way
Calabasas, CA 91302-3363


When:: 7:00AM. Leaving at 7:30AM. We will not wait for ANYONE. Be there or we leave without you.

We will be taking the 101fwy than which turns into the 134 than the 210 fwy. Exiting rose bowl dr.

Walkie talkies are recommended. Channel will be decided on spot upon leaving. Please PM me if you need my # or you'd like to leave me yours for other informaiton. Thank you!. And see you there!

Why leaving so early, Mafia? Doesn't it start at 9? Haha.. i have no issues with early but the friends i want to make tag along... i'm not sure about them haha.

Because its a hour drive at least! Once we even get to the show there is going to be a lot traffic and a line up of cars! But its a total blast dude! If your friends dont want to wake up early forget them!

Looks like about 10+ so far and growing.

If an SB caravan doesnt happen, I might be leaving early to meet up with this one. Could be up to +3 from here.

Mafia we're thinking of getting the SB caravan to meet up at the Sherman Oaks galleria 818 meet up spot. If so, you guys can join too!

Na that's a little out of the way. I picked the Calabasas spot because it's mostly on the way for anyone coming from the northish areas. But Maybe you guys can merg with us onto the 101.

Be advice, every Saturday is a Calabasas Farmer Market (see my attachment) near exit from 101 to Valley Circle. Big traffic on foot and on cars, always cops (at list 2 units).
To get in and out better use Parkway Calabasas entrance.

Plus our on ramp is in the opposite direction away from the "farmers market". And the farmers market isn't th at early. I took that in account. Thank you for the info though MB

market is open every Saturday, rain or shine, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m
but vendors start coming as early as 6. And police is always there.

You forgot that this year Bimmerfest in Pasadena. If you live Ralph plaza in direction to Pasadena - you shortest drive entrance is valley circle entrance.

Yeah but if you go the other way you don't have to drive in the farmers market traffic. And both exits are at equel distance pretty much.

Trying to get my car club to move the caravan from the cvs parking lot in reseda.......

i know. we really need to get something going guys. we can't be meeting in a hundred different little spots. I say since we're lacking the SB drive, everyone should just meet at Mafia's spot. His seems the most put together and organized so far. So Trumpet boy, tell your friends to make the drive to Calabasas commons, its not that far.

Yup there is a lot. Mine for the people who don't want to go out of the way to go to the other ones. And mines also right next to the 101. Literly. So easy meet spot and easy merg onto the fwy and on our way we go!.
