There's a bunch of Starbucks in the Valencia/Sta. Clarita area, is this location at the Town Center?

no not in the town center, you go down newhall ranch you pass by like valencia high then you keep going until you see a home depot on your left and a bunch of shopping centers on your right. there is a drive through starbucks in the corner of those shopping centers I can get a map if you would like
