In Pasadena Thursday morning? NEED cars for LIVE BROADCAST on TELEVISION!!

Achtung BIMMERFEST aficionados:

A prominent LA t.v. reporter is going to meet me with as many BMWs and drivers as I can muster
early Thursday morning as a LIVE SHOOT for their daily morning show 2 days before BIMMERFEST.
That is, if I can get enough cars to create a real scene for television.

The Rose Bowl parking lot will otherwise be empty, so I REALLY need some help getting
cars -- enough vehicles to create a scene.

You and your car will be on a MAJOR station, but I need support.

The schedule would be as follows:

6:30am Reporter and two cameramen arrive to set up equipment, (drivers arrive too!)

7:20am LIVE segment; 1:00 minute of show and tell, viewer information

8:25am LIVE tease; ten seconds
8:30am LIVE segment; 2:00 minute of show and tell, viewer information

9:10am LIVE segment; 3:00 minutes of show and tell

Hi Jon,

WOW, that some major coverage. Would this be ending by 9:15 AM? I'll check to see if I can go to work a bit late. Also have to check with the wifey to see if she'll take the kids to school...she's asleep now.

I should know by 11AM tomorrow if I can make it.

I suppose if you had to leave a little early that'd be ok...

It might take a couple of hours. Even if you have to leave a bit early, PLEASE come anyway and support me/Bimmerfest....



By the way, I just returned home from a Santa Barbara --> Hollywood ---> Santa Barbara round trip to deliver Bimmerfest 2004 & 2006 DVDs to KTLA producers so they can start pimping the show today. Somebody PLEASE keep an eye on Channel 5, and be sure to Tivo/record the morning show tomorrow...

As I was driving through the valley, many BMW drivers threw me a "thumbs up" when they saw my M3 with the "BIMFEST" license plate...
