Update: Ugh. Still a long way to go before my back is healed. Yesterday was the first time in a week I managed to sit at my computer for a few minutes before my back muscles started hurting again.
Looks like I'm going to be laid out for at least a week

Update: Hooray for doctor prescribed 750mg Vicodin and 800mg Ibuprofen!

pdate: After BBG's tight softball win over Keystone some lunatic drove a mini van through two fields and completely taking out one of the dugouts on the t-ball field. Luckily nobody was hit and two dads were able to tackle the guy when he tried to run
 Update2: Off to watch Jr's baseball game at another park, hoping it's not so dramatic
