First Oil Change

I'm putting my 7 in the shop tomorrow for a wheel alignment and an oil change. Which weight and brand do you guys recommend?

Mein Auto: 2000 540i/6 2001 740iL
I like Mobil 1 0w-40 European Car Formula. It makes things more simple in the garage, as I can use it in the 300E, both ML320s, the 740iL and the 540i.

Brand is pretty much a personal preference, as long as the oil meets manufacturer spec.
