I need Leather care/cleaning in the Sac/Foothills

I have a very nice, very clean leather interior.. I want to keep it that way.
Is there any enthusiasts out there with some "Leatherique" in the foothills?

I was going to go old, old, old school and grab some saddle soap when I came across multiple "Leatherique" DIY's..
http://home.insightbb.com/~todd.kenyon/leather.htm
It seems like Leatherique produces some good results... but, I have not used it first hand.

I do not want the interior to be neglected.
I do not want to use any products that may "coat", or "seal" anything..
and no, I am not going to armorall my leather to make it "shiney".

I'd like to properly clean, and care for the leather interior.
How do I do this?

There are a few places where the leather *feels* like cardstock;
Its hard to the touch, and stiff... not supple .
How do I fix this?

I have not cared for this much leather in a vehicle before.. there must be at least 4 cows in here..
Should I saddle soap it, Use the foaming cleanser, go Leatherique, or.. ???

Any fellow enthusiasts near me that do leather?

Any input is appreciated!

Cheers!
