Blue Smoke 318i 2003

Hi there everyone. Just wondering if anyone can help with useful information. (318i 2003 e46 Streptronic) Back in June last year had the oil seperator, pcv valve replaced. Had vacuum pump at rear of cylinder head, cleaned all oil stains from rear head and engine compartment had rocker cover gasket cleaned. The inlet manifold was replaced pcv valve, hoses, replaced inlet manifold gaskets, reassembled inlet manifold, roadtested and rechecked for leaks. Ok.
Noticed oil leak, went back for more work October this year. Oil leak from engine sump gasket . Had this replaced. When sump was removed pieces of the timing chain tensioner guides were found in the bottom, this was replaced. Car was returned timing was out by approx a tooth. Car returned, timing adjusted on return car blowing blue smoke. Car was sent back to workshop was told there was told there was oil in the manifold supposedly problem was fixed. The car was meant to be all ok but....... Car is still blowing blue smoke intermittently especially on starting and then accelerating large cloud of smoke then it clears? Any ideas????
