Yeah it is very dark. This was more like a trial before I do wheels. I ll remove it in a week or so. I wanted to do grills but seems like i need to take out front bumper.
Legally we should have 3 brake lights so shouldn't have a problem with cops. Hopefully no one rear ends before I take it off.

You sure about the bumper removal? When I got my carbon fiber grills it was just a matter of popping them out. Maybe one or two screws involved.

That's a little too dark for me, but definitely stealthy looking.

Plasti dip in progress. Taking break. Needs 2 more coats.

Looks decent enough from distance. For a perfect look you have to take rims out. Lessons learnt

I like it I was thinking of doing the same for my winters. Those 550 rims look nice on the e90.

It's a huge difference, one of the techs at BMW drove it and he noticed right away with me mentioning it. He said it was way faster than any 35d he had seen before.

I wish we had that lovely 335d Estate / Touring / Sportwagon -- whatever you want to call it, here in the States. Apparently, we need something much more imposing. Ugh.

In addition to my 335d Sedan / Saloon, I have a VW Jetta TDI Sportwagen (aka VW Golf Estate) -- which I find economical, fun and useful. I'd consider replacing the VW with a BMW 335d wagon if it were an option. We can't even get a Passat Estate here. Grrr.
