M-Sport Package for the F10 5 Series - Official Pictures and Details

The much anticipated M-Sport package for the F10 5 series has been officially announced by BMW for the UK with details for the US to be very similar. This will hit the UK in September and should be available for order in the US in October 2010.

The M-Sport package as show includes -

• M sport bumper
• M sport rear bumper
• sideskirts
• M Sport rear spoiler
• M light alloys - double spoke design - In 18" (350M) or 19" sizes (351M shown)
• dark chrome tail pipes

The interior has specially developed sports seats give the interior a particularly sporting ambiance, while further interior features include an M leather-clad steering wheel, an M gear lever knob, an anthracite roof lining and M aluminum hexagon interior trim strips.

I would be that (similar to the 3-series) one might expect to get an upgraded suspension as well as possibly a sport shifter (shorter throw). Also, an M steering wheel.
