Weird sounds when starting up

Hi all!

First of all, I'm new here because it looks an interesting forum.
I'm a young guy from the Netherlands (I know you know AMSTERDAM).

Anyway..

When I start my car sometimes I hear a weird "DIESEL / tractor" like sound for like a few seconds.

I will post a video tonight so you will understand what I mean.

hey i got the same problem on my idle sometimes

Awww dude I was in Amsterdam 3 months ago. too bad you didn't post on here earlier, we coulda met up maybe.

Hey all, long time ago since I posted here and yes unfortunatly Killjoy!

Anyway I found out that the problem was:

THE HARDY DISC
It's located at the end of the drive shaft where the drive shaft connects to the transmission.

Now the car is better again! I will post some pictures in the next few minutes!
