Anyone paired a VzW HTC Droid Incredible?

I spent some time at the Verizon Wireless store this weekend looking at the new HTC Droid Incredible. I'm trying to have the patience to wait for VzW to get the iPhone (or even, confirmation that it will happen), but am having trouble fighting the urge to throw my BlackBerry Storm2 against a wall. At any rate, the Incredible seems interesting, but I'm curious if anyone has successfully paired it with BMW's Bluetooth yet.. and if so, do you have full phonebook transfer and the like? I see Motorola's Droid is on the BMW list, but no HTC phones. I also know that BMW's list tends to lag behind the real world (and even then, omits many phones that work, like my Storm2), thus my question.

Thanks in advance.

My wife & I both have Incredibles and we both have linked our phone books and made calls from the car using Bluetooth. We haven't been successful in downloading music yet using the USB connection, but that might be becasue we don't have any music on our phones yet.

Hey, that's good news!

Generally, are you guys happy with the phone? I've heard conflicting reports about syncing it with Outlook, too, which is my other major concern.

I haven't tried to sync to Outlook, so I don't have any idea how that works. Battery life can be a bit short depending on the applications you are running, but if you use an app killer program periodically, standby mode lasts for days.

I have had the HTC Droid Incredible since soon after it was released. It is my first smartphone and I am really liking it. No problem whatsoever synching it with the Bluetooth including downloading my contact list. It works perfectly in the car. Like the previous post, the only negative I can say is that the battery life is poor. You can get one day, if lucky, making some phone calls, keeping Bluetooth turned on and doing "light" browsing. Turn on the GPS or WiFi and you better be plugged in.

As for synching with Outlook, the secret I was taught was to first sign up with Google (you have to have a Google account anyway). Then set both Google Calendar and Google Contacts to synch on your computer with your Outlook. Google will then synch with the Incredible. It sounds complicated but is not and works seemlessly.

If anyone knows, I would love to figure out if there is anyway to have apps such as Pandora or Rhapsody transmit over Bluetooth to play over the 5s stereo. I don't believe there is and there is no Smartphone Integration cradle yet either.

I also have 2 Incredibles in my family. Forget about iphone. This phone beat the outgoing iphone 3GS in 3 reviews with its fast processor, amazing camera, interesting features including speech to text, maps, applications and customizability of the home screen. The typing is very easy on this phone like the Iphone and is very intuitive to use. I give it 4.5/5 stars. The problem was the poor original battery life, so I bought a bigger capacity batter that is 1700 mmah vs the standard 1300. I got it from Seido battery and the size is the same as the OEM so its perfect! The phone battery last throughout the day and a half with no problem and heavy usage.

Good information regarding the issue with the battery. I may go ahead and order one after reading these reviews. The guy at VzW advised me to wait to see the Motorola Droid X that's coming out next week, but the thing is H-U-G-E. I really like the size of the Incredible.

you need to use a usb stick in the glove compartment and it dose not work with all usb sticks.
