Bilstein sports and H&R stage II springs. About $1300 with all new bearings, rubber, pads, etc.

A bit firmer. Not too much, tho. If you were in the area, I'd let you drive it to see. With a strong strut (underhood brace), it is an amazing handling difference.

Nice, I didn't even know thay had the strut braces for these cars. I'll definitely be getting that too then. I just sold my motorcycle and made $3k on it so that will go to the Bilstein sports and H&R, stage II springs, whatever new suspension parts are needed and the strut brace. Just need to find a good place to purchase them now.

Jason, call Paul @ 480-513-3222. Tell him you're a bimmerfest member. See if he'll give it to you for $425. It seems like a lot, but it is a quality piece and fits exceedlingly well. LMK what happens. Jim Or go online Google "Strong Strut".

cdc84, have you ever thought about black wheels on your car? I bet it would look nice with the black lower body trim.

I am also running Nex. It was the cheapest alternative for me. I wish I would have waited a while and got the KWs. I just would like a little more drop in the front. I remember reading about your 7 you just bought. It sounds like a great car and a great price.

No, never thought about it. I'm not to good with photoshop either to even see what they would look like.

I'm also not to sure if I like the wheels or not, in some pictures they look ok and in others they look to small.

Thanks, I'll find out on the 16th when I go to pick it up. What's the difference in using the coilovers vs the bilstein sports and springs? How much did the coilovers run you? All the ones I found are $2,100+

I've never used it, so I would be of no help. The wheels style looks ok, I just think a black finish would match and look way better. Im sure someone one here could do that for you in ps real easy though.

I could be wrong but I believe that they are completely different systems and wont be compatible.
